Visian ICL Surgeons

The Visian ICL (Implantable Collamer® Lens) and the Visian TICL™ (Toric Implantable Collamer Lens)* offer freedom from glasses and a high quality of vision, without altering the eye's natural lens. (Please note that the Visian TICL is not yet available in the United States.) Because our phakic IOLs are a more recent addition to the refractive surgery industry, not all surgeons are familiar with the Visian ICL or its implantation procedure.

Other doctors may be aware of STAAR Surgical Company's refractive products, but may not be qualified to perform the corrective eye surgery, so they will not recommend them to you, no matter how ideal of a candidate you may be.
